How to return or exchange an item
BIG DIZ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will assist you in obtaining a quick replacement or refund according to the company's policy.
1- Without prejudice to the contractual and legal provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to replace the product after the end of this period.
2- In order to exchange the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it in any way. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping costs if he wishes to exchange the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears all shipping and handling costs. The product will be shipped to the shipping company, and in case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
3- Shipping tickets and payment upon receipt go to the shipping company and cannot be returned.

The consumer has no right to exchange the product in the following cases:
1- If the product is manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him. Products that are defective or violate specifications specified by the consumer are excluded.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.
